No. 168 - DIY Baby Card

Is it just me or is it baby season? No matter, it's wonderful.

My goal during this time is to be creative with my gifts/cards.

Here is a DIY for a family I babysit for!

Start out with a piece of cardboard.

Add some construction paper and ribbon.

Begin writing!

Add a personal note.

Finished product!

No. 157 - DIY Baby Blocks

Today's craft involved a gift for a baby shower I am attending tonight.

Supplies: Letter Stencils, Cubes, Sandpaper, Scissors, Sharpies, and a Pencil

Close-up of the homemade stencils and blocks. 

(Thanks to Dad for the blocks and sandpaper)

Sand all the surfaces and edges (Remember, it's for a baby!).

Stencil letters/symbols/pictures with a pencil.

Now, I missed a picture, but after the pencil, go over it with a sharpie.

Repeat.

Here are the finished products.

Notice I included some baby facts on the blank sides.
