Here is my second edition of a College Girl's Fashion Project (That is a lot to type. From now on, it will be shortened to as CGFP). This time, I took a long, awkward-length skirt that has been sitting in my closet since I moved here and have never worn and turned it into a short-length, high-waisted skirt.
